Tracy Voss has been a passionate advocate for animal welfare her entire life. As the founder of Tracy’s Paws Rescue and a retired Merck Animal Health representative, she has rescued over 14,000 animals since 2010. Tracy combines her extensive knowledge of animal care with her commitment to rescue and education, offering workshops and presentations that inspire others to care for animals compassionately. Her mission is simple: to make the world a better place for people and their pets. Her goal is for every dog to have a loving home and for every person to experience the joy of pet companionship. Tracy is excited to share her life experiences, the role animals have played in her life, and her animal care expertise with you as part of this transformative program.
Next Steps
We welcome the opportunity to discuss how the PACK program can be implemented in your city and its positive impact on animal welfare and community relations. By investing in this program, you are taking a significant step towards fostering a compassionate community and improving the lives of both pets and their owners. An investment in education is an investment in humanity.
What is the PACK Program?
Th e PACK program is an evidence-based initiative that promotes animal welfare through education. It is designed for adults who need resources and guidance to better understand responsible pet ownership and their role in the community. Through this program, participants have the opportunity to learn, grow, and transform their understanding of animal care in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
